Tim OConnor – My Story
Before starting Wayfinder 2 Success, Tim found himself overwhelmed by the demands of running a business while trying to achieve work-life balance. He recalls the exact moment it became painfully clear; despite his ambitions, he felt stuck in a cycle of busyness that left him frustrated and exhausted. He made ambitious goals, but they were just out of reach without the right tools, processes, and trusted guidance.
After purchasing a daycare and investing in real estate, he learned the hard way that success needed more than just ambition. His ventures were close to thriving, yet they faltered without mentorship and coaching. This pivotal realization fueled his desire to help others avoid the same fate: “I want to be that lifeline to entrepreneurs, ensuring their business dreams don’t just survive but thrive!”

Why Work With Me?
Through Tim’s journey, three key experiences helped shape his ability to guide others. Leading a volunteer charitable organization taught him how to influence without authority, and his role as a Corporate Director allowed him to hone the art of operational improvement without being in the direct hierarchy. Ultimately, seeking coaching expertise became the framework for his leadership style, which is designed to empower rather than dictate.
Led by his passion for compelling visions, which has included sailing through a tropical storm and biking across the country for the Alzheimer’s Association, Tim established Wayfinder 2 Success to provide personalized coaching specifically aimed at entrepreneurs seeking audacious and compelling visions. He believes that with the right partnership and participation, he can help clients drastically increase their profitability and meet strategic goals within 6 to 9 months.
